Easy paprika hummus – Snack attack

IMG_1744Never buy store-bought hummus again. Not that you’d get yours from a supermarket, being a local-food, low carbon footprint snob but here it is just in case. All you need is a food processor and it’s done in under 5 minutes. Probably gone in that time too.
What you’ll need:
Food processor or blender
1 x 400g chickpeas
3 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 small limes)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 heaped tablespoons tahini
Salt, to taste
Optional:
Pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
Chuck all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Drizzle with olive oil/paprika (because you’re not pretentious or anything). Add sweet potato wedges. Admire your masterpiece.
