This is just like eating caramel. But healthy. Think of all those good fats!
What you’ll need:
Food processor or blender
2 cups cashews
3/5 dates (depending on your sweet tooth)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Few drops of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend cashews until they have formed a paste. Add coconut oil, dates and vanilla.
Nom. Try and resist finishing the jar.
